Copyright and Open Access Policy

This page explains the copyright policy, open access commitment, and terms of use for content published in the Ahd Akademi Journal.

1. Copyright Ownership and Transfer

  • For Authors: By submitting their articles to our journal, authors agree to transfer the publishing copyright to our journal. Authors are required to upload the "Copyright Transfer Form," signed (wet or digital signature) by all authors, during the manuscript submission process.
  • Journal Rights: Ahd Akademi Journal retains the right to reproduce, distribute, provide open online access, and list the published articles in national/international academic databases and indices.
  • Author Sharing Rights (Exceptions): Authors have the right to share the final published version of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, and academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia). However, such sharing must clearly indicate that the article was published in our journal and provide a link to the original article (via DOI).

2. Open Access Policy

Our journal adopts a strict Open Access policy to support the free and global dissemination of scientific knowledge. All articles published in our journal can be accessed, downloaded, and read without any subscription or access fees.

3. Creative Commons License and Usage Rights

Articles published in our journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Permitted Uses

  • Reading, downloading, and saving articles for personal use.
  • Educational and research use.
  • Linking to the articles.
  • Copying and redistributing the material, provided proper academic citation is given.

Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

  • Using the content without giving appropriate credit to the original authors and the journal.
  • Systematic downloading (bulk data extraction via bots/software).
  • Creating misleading derivative works that imply endorsement by the author or journal without permission.
